+ Why do you charge a consultation fee and what does it include?

During the consultation I will ask a series of questions pertaining to your lifestyle such as medications, traumas. What your regimen is like, what products are being used. What are your hair goals are. I will create a customized growth plan for you. The consultation has a nonrefundable fee.

+ Do you do relaxers?

No, we do not do chemical relaxers.

+ Do I have to cut all of my hair off to go natural?

No, as long as your hair is doesn’t have a great amount of breakage, you can get trims and hydration treatments often and allow your hair to grow in healthy but you must stay on a strict regimen.

+ Why is it better to trim more often than not?

There are a lot of things that can lead to breakage. Daily manipulation and the outside elements. As long as you keep a regular healthy trim every 2/4 weeks to stay above the breakage line, the breakage can be managed.

+ Do you do sew-ins?

Yes we do tape in extensions.

+ What is a hydration machine and what are it's benefits?

A hydration machine uses steam to moisturize the hair from the inside out. A hydration steam machine allows moisture to penetrate deep into the cuticle layers of the hair to create the perfect balance of elasticity. It allows your hair to be more manageable.

+ What are the benefits of ceramic tools?

In my professional experience, ceramic tools have helped retain moisture balance in the hair along with an ionic blowdryer. Ceramic irons keep an even temperature throughout the plates and when used correctly, they don’t damage the curl pattern.
