 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD

Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late by 15 minutes or more, we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the amount of time it takes to perform colors & services, there is a 48hr cancellation in place. Anything inside of 48hrs will be charged 75% of the full service scheduled. This includes the shampoo and style that is combined with the color service. For all other services, the cancellation is 24hrs prior to service. Anything inside of 24hrs will be a 100% fee.

RETURN POLICY

All purchases of any silk hair accessories are final sale. Due to COVID-19 and sanitation rules, we cannot risk contamination. For all clothing items, we will accept returns with original tags attached and no damages within 14 days of purchase.
